Our concrete base is 16cm depth and 30mm thick,. We use reinforcement as it is used to strengthen concrete, to give it incredible load bearing capacity, and extend its life. Reinforcement in concrete is used to ensure that the cracking which always occurs does not threaten the structural integrity of the concrete.

Concrete Slabs

Concrete slabs are often use for small sheds or summerhouses. Suffolk Timber Sheds Ltd., uses council slabs (600x900mm) which are fantastic choice for garden shed base as they are generally pretty cheap and can be installed pretty quickly.
